It started as a beautiful somewhat “cool” day in Phoenix, AZ on July 20, 2013. Lowballers AZ, Lowand Stanced, JDM Fresh, and CSJ held a car meet/fund and toy drive for Toys for Tots. The amount of cars that made it out was impressive. Just as everyone was getting settled and into a grove with donations Mother Nature decided a car meet was a bad idea. The wind picked up and blew in a crazy storm which turned the meet into a cruise to the nearest shelter for all of these precious cars.  Despite the abrupt end to the meet we collected over $100 and many toys for this great cause. Thanks to everyone that made it out and for all the donations.

On July 13, 2013 Projekt Cars and Southwest University held the annual Super Tunerz Show Off in El Paso, TX. Team JDM Fresh and CSJ made their way out to the Lone Star State to show support for the El Paso car scene like the guys over at Cruise the Grid and AHF Productions and Carlos at PASMAG. They regularly make it to all the Import Face Off events in Arizona. The show was full of all types of cars and people there to gawk over the crazy amount of work and dedication put into those cars. All in all it was a great show and we here at CSJ are ready to head back to show support to this great scene and can’t wait for the next one.

They started GoodSpeed Performance Lab with the principal of providing the auto enthusiast a knowledgeable and trusted environment to get aftermarket performance work done. The goal was to offer their clients the kind of value and service that most other industries provide. In the performance auto world there are many levels of “shops” from I know this guy that works out of his garage to we need to charge so much that value isn’t even considered any more due to overhead. GoodSpeed does everything in house, except bodywork, to aid in keeping their costs down for the consumer. They also provide information, bordering on a cars 101 class level of education; to the customer before, during, and after the building process to include the customer and [...]
