[dropcap style=”style1″]S[/dropcap]aturday, April 11th 2015 held the famous Cruise on Central, a drive down Downtown’s Central Avenue.
Hundreds of cars lined the street along with a car show, food, live Dj, and vendors. Many car clubs showed up, including Desert Stang’s, Swift, Simple Minds, and Az Dimes.
Aside from sheer numbers, diversity was the game. Anything and everything was on display in full. Everything from quintessential classics, super cars, tuners, muscle cars, trucks, and sports cars. A Murcielago Super Velocce made an appearance, along with an old Gasser Nova, Viper GTS coupe, an old Chevrolet on a truck chassis, and a Delorean, though only a small taste of impressive sheetmetal.
The turnout was huge, heaven for the petrolhead, and fun for the casual enthusiast. As such, security was stretched a little thin, and we almost lost all these great shots thanks to some quick hands looking for our photo equipment.
Thankfully everything turned out great, but it’s a reminder at any event, to keep your eyes open, but enjoy the fun.
