North America Subaru Performance Heritage Collection heading to California

[dropcap style=”style1″]S[/dropcap]ubaru Tecnica International is sending the largest collection of Subaru performance heritage vehicles ever in North America to California for two events. You will be able to see them at Red Bull Rallycross Los Angeles on September 12-13 2015 and Subiefest on September 19 2015

Get your cameras ready because 13 performance Subaru’s will be available from the collection. Details about those cars are as follows:

1996 Subaru Impreza 555 Tribute Rally Car: Originally used in auto shows. The 270Hp WRX STI Type RA still remains in its WRC livery as a tribute to the late Colin McRae

1999 Subaru Richard Burns WRC99 Impreza: Built By Prodrive built for Richard Burns and gifted to him when he won the 2001 WRC driver’s title. Burns personally owned this WRC99 for about two years before he passed away after a battle with brain cancer. Currently the car lives in the Dirtfish Rally School Museum.

1999 Subaru Impreza 22B STI Rally Car: The Unicorn of the Subaru world. This was produced to commemorate Subaru’s 40th Anniversary as well as the third consecutive manufacturers title for Subaru in the WRC, this is one of only two in North America.

2004 Subaru WRX STI: This ultra high performance Symmetrical All Wheel Drive sedan based on the Subaru WRX is the first iteration of a world class sports car able to perform under any condition.

2006 Subaru WRX STI Open Class-Travis Pastrana: The WRX STI that brought Travis Pastrana two Rally America Championships in 06-07 and a Gold in X Games, besting former teammates Colin McRae and Ken Block.

2008-2010 Subaru WRX STI 5-Door DirtFish Rally School Car: Designed for safety and durability, the DirtFish Rally SChool WRX STI retains a remarkable amount of stock components. After several evolutions, the current specifications offer durability along with short turn around time for consistent performance and reliability for use in the classes at DirtFish.

2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STI S206-NBR Challege Model: Designed to commemorate the class win at the 24 hours Nurburgring endurance race, the limited edition 2012 WRX STI S206 NBR Challenge model produces 315hp and a peak torque of 318lb-ft.

2013 Subaru BRZ DirtFish Rally School Car: In 2014, DirtFish Rally School Expanded their class offerings to include a rear wheel drive program featuring the Subaru BRZ. Designed and built in house, the DirtFish Motorsports Team was able to use their extensive experience from the school STI’s to build a safe, quick, and entertaining car to drive.

VT15x Subaru WRX STI Rallycross car-Bucky Lasek:  Co-developed by Vermont Sports Car and STI, this 2015 WRX STI packs 600hp into a 2.0L Subaru Boxer engine and is capable of 0-60 in just 2 seconds.

2015 Subaru WRX STI Isle of Man: Piloted by Mark Higgins, this WRX STI set a new lap record on the fabled 37 mile Isle of Man TT Road Course with an average lap speed of 116.47 Mph and a time of 19:26.

VT15R Subaru WRX STI Rally Car-David Higgins: Since its debut this season, David Higgins’ VT15r OPen Class Rally Car has gone undefeated in its first seven rallies, earning Higgins his fifth consecutive Rally America Championship title.

2016 Subaru Series HyperBlue WRX STI Limited Edition: Limited to 700 units, this STI boasts 305 horsepower and an exclusive new exterior.

2016 Subaru Series HyperBlue BRZ limited edition: Limited to only 500 units, this BRz is BRZ is a low weight, high performance vehicle designed for a responsive and unmatched driving experience.
