Subie Invasion 2015

[dropcap style=”style1″]A[/dropcap]fter a long week covering the SEMA show in Las Vegas, I got a chance to hangout with some fellow FLAT4 members at Subie Invasion 2015 hosted by FLAT4LV and Subaru of Las Vegas.

It felt great having our community come together, have members from all over the southwest come out to create new memories, and add another event to the books.

The event had lots of beautiful Subies there that if I had to judge, I’d have a list full of “Best of Show” cars. Subies from every generation were there ranging from straight aired out STI’s to lifted off-road Foresters. Some Subaru’s even came straight from the SEMA show to show some love.

Michael Maddy, President of Subie Invasion and Admin of Flat4LV had this to say about the event:

“With over 1000 people in attendance, local Las Vegas car club Flat4 and Subaru of Las Vegas presented Subie Invasion 2015. Going on it’s 12th consecutive year, Subie Invasion strives to keep a grassroots event put on by Subaru enthusiasts to coincide with the ending of the SEMA Show each year. This year’s event was held at an exciting new location off the Las Vegas Strip. The event hosted a Subaru only car show with 13 classes and over 150 entries. Among a wide variety of vendors, activities for the attendees ranged from bouncy houses and balloon animals for kids to bocce ball, live DJ and photo booth for all ages. As always, this family-oriented, free admission event strives to cater to the Subie culture and those attending. Be sure to mark your calendars, Nov. 5th for Subie Invasion 2016. @subieinvasion – facebook.com/subieinvasion – subieinvasion.com.”

Ultimately, the show was a huge success and created many new memories. We’re excited and look forward to next year’s 2016 Subie Invasion!
