Wheel Vintiques with Bodie Stroud
[dropcap style=”style1″]T[/dropcap]he booth at Wheel Vintiques drew a crowd this Wednesday morning. Among the many OEM and custom wheels on display, restoration professional Bodie Stroud was on the floor showcasing his latest restoration for SEMA.
The 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge parked on the floor as breathtaking. After a full frame-off restoration by Bodie, the original 44,000 mile car looked nothing short of factory fresh. The restoration took just a short three months to the day. Restored for Wade Kawasaki, Stroud states “The car was pretty clean, with the interior condition being roughly 85 percent.” Wade enlisted Bodie shortly after finding out the Judge was a numbers matching, all original car. “I hate to say restorations are easy, but this one was.” Stroud, having a clean and complete canvas to restore.
